Using mutually agreed upon admissions criteria, each employer selects the participants for a dedicated six-person learning team, ensuring a tailored, high-caliber experience that aligns with their business objectives.

By bringing together HR/L&D professionals from Technology, Professional Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, and Finance to create a small learning consortium we are able to approximate the highly selective admissions process of a top-tier MBA program.
